On May 29, 2024, IGAHAF staff were enrolled in a public speaking, communication and etiquette training. The class duration was three months. The class equipped staff with knowledge on how to communicate effectively in a public and professional setting, and as well as social media and social etiquette. The certification of participation issued to staff on August 8, 2024 marks the completion of the training which was impactful for all staff.
The opportunity provided for staff to share their learnings illuminated the extent to which the training has contributed to their personal and professional growth. Every staff expressed gratitude for the opportunity. Investing in building staff capacity is the bedrock that achieves the growth of any organization. Staff are major assets and should therefore be provided a platform to be equipped with valuable knowledge that would contribute to not just their growth but to the growth of the organization where they work. Equipped staff work more efficiently and are more innovative; contributing ideas that would lead to progress and development.
